구치부는 문제가 없으나 전치부의 crowding으로 인해 심미와 기능적으로 문제를 가진 환자는 나이가 들수록 점점 늘어나고 있고 그 정도도 점점 심해지게 됩니다.
한편으로는 구치부의 상실을 방치한 결과 인접치가 쓰러지고 대합치가 정출되는 부작용을 가지고 있는 환자들도 많이 있습니다.
이러한 환자들에게 적절한 교정치료는 매우 중요합니다. 그러나 교정치료는 기본적으로 full mouth rehabilitation을 기반으로 하는 학문이기에 치료가 잘못되면 그로부터 오는 타격은 여타 과목보다 후유증이 크고 또 오래 갑니다.
그런 이유로 언젠가부터 교정은 아무나 하면 안되는 과목이 되어 버렸습니다. 그 결과 교정을 배제한 치료계획은 너무나 침습적이거나 비 심미적인 결과를 야기하기도 합니다.
본 강의는 교정을 전공하지 않은 선생님들이라 할지라도 이러한 환자들에게 실패하지 않는 교정치료를 제공하기 원하시는 선생님들을 위해 준비했습니다.
구체적으로 다음과 같은 내용으로 강의를 진행하려고 합니다.
1.구치부에는 아무런 영향을 주지 않으면서 전치부만 가지런하고 기능적인 교합이 되도록 만드는 교정 방법
2.주변 치아에는 아무런 부정적인 영향을 주지 않으면서 molar uprighting, molar intrusion등을 효율적으로 하는 방법
As we enter an aged society, the number of patients complaining of aesthetic and functional problems due to the crowding of anterior teeth is increasing.
On the other hand, there are many patients who neglect the loss of the molar teeth and have side effects of collapsing adjacent teeth and extruding of the opposite teeth.
Proper orthodontic treatment for these patients is very important. However, orthodontic treatment is fundamentally based on full-mouth rehabilitation, so if the treatment is wrong, the aftereffects are greater and longer than other subjects.
For that reason, orthodontic treatment has become a subject that no one should ever do unless he or she is not majoring in orthodontics. As a result, treatment plans that exclude orthodontics may be too invasive or result in non-esthetic
This lecture was prepared for dentists who would like to provide orthodontic treatment that does not fail for these patients even if they did not major in orthodontics.
Specifically, I want to proceed with the following contents.
1. Orthodontic treatment method that aligns and functionalizes only anterior teeth without affecting posterior teeth
2. Effective molar uprighting and molar intrusion without any negative influence on surrounding teeth
