Individuals with Class Ⅲ malocclusion may have combinations of skeletal  and dentoalveolar components. Taking into account the position of the maxilla, the mandible, the maxillary alveolus, the mandibular alveolus, and the vertical development, Ellis and McNamara have calculated 243 possible combinations of Class Ⅲ malocclusion. I would like to introduce one of possible ways of Class Ⅲ malocclusion treatment using Closing loops with Shoehorn  tiebacks. Changes in appearance without surgical interventions and long-term stability.
