총의치 치료과정에서 인상채득, 교합채득, 인공치배열 및 기공과정 등이 적절히 이루어지지 않으면 총의치 치료는 성공하기 어렵다.
이 강의에서는 총의치 치료의 임상 및 기공과정의 각 단계에서 실패를 줄이기 위한 체크포인트와 총의치 장착 후 통증, 유지력부족, 교합 불안정등의 문제점을 호소할 때 이를 극복하는 방안에 대해 임상증례를 통해 설명하고자 한다.
In order to proceed complete denture treatment successfully, important points are carefully
observed at each stage of the treatment. In the process of complete denture treatment, each clinical
and laboratory steps such as impression taking, bite registration and arrangement of artificial tooth
should be performed properly. In this lecture, checkpoints to reduce failure of each steps of
treatment and how to overcome problems such as pain, lack of retention, and occlusal instability
after wearing a complete denture will be explained with various clinical cases.
